The talented crew at Skin City Body Painting will celebrate the Studio & Boutique’s first year since opening their doors in Las Vegas’ 18b Arts District.
Since 2006, Skin City has been wowing Las Vegas and beyond with their eye-popping, sexy, award-winning creations on the world’s greatest canvas–the human skin! Last year, Skin City moved into a storefront space on Main Street in the heart of the Arts District and set up operations as a body paint mecca. Not only does the Studio provide a space for beautiful models and customers to be painted in fantastical and imaginative designs, the Boutique in the front of the shop features the greatest party and club wear and accessories for sale at the most reasonable prices in town. The shop also houses full-service photo and art studios.
And in just that one year, Skin City reached new heights in its standing as the largest body painting company in the country. Customers won first-place in several costume contests, one at Electric Daisy Carnival and another on Halloween at Pure Nightclub–a $5,000 check handed over by none other than Jersey Shore’s Snooki! Skin City provided body art for a sexy Super Bowl XLVI commercial. Hundreds of satisfied customers have sung Skin City’s praises, and it’s only the beginning!
We invite all to come down to the studio and join us on this momentous anniversary! A live body paint demo will be on display by Skin City artist Steven Horlock on local model Mae Kasei. A pick-your-prize raffle with a ton of great prizes, an art exhibit by Julia Parrot, an outdoor fire pit, munchies and lots more, all to tunes spun by DJ Dan the Man.
