Skin City owner and artist Robin Slonina does it again and makes a huge splash on the cover of the October 2012 issue of QVegas Magazine. Employing gorgeous models Shawn Stone and Benoit Beaufils, the Skin City team paints the Pride and American flags to commemorate Coming Out and this year’s presidential elections.
