In August 2011, Skin City Body Painting Studio & Boutique opened its doors in the 18b Las Vegas Arts District. This multi-use space has a retail store in the front, offering Skin City merchandise, unique accessories, club wear, and jewelry by local artists. In the rear of the shop, Skin City has a full-service body paint workspace, complete with hair and makeup stations and photo studio. The workspace also doubles as an art gallery, especially for use during Vegas' monthly First Friday Arts Festival.
